Terms of Use
1. Introduction
Welcome to BridgingFi. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform and services, including tokenised investments in solicitor-underwritten UK bridging loans and other real-world asset (“RWA”) opportunities.

BridgingFi provides access to tokenised RWAs via a non-custodial, modular protocol architecture. All loan products are solicitor-underwritten and secured by first-charge UK property, with collateral recorded on the UK Land Registry and represented on-chain via NFT technology. We do not take custody of your cryptoassets.

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction;
- Rely on independent legal, tax, and financial advice before making investment decisions;
- Comply with AML/Counter-Terrorist Financing obligations.
